Unfortunately no, On-site diagnosis is needed for accurate pricing due to the many variables involved and use of latest technology where applicable.
Many times the obvious problem can be caused by multiple possibilities that can't be known until disassembling or testing of the appliance.
Yes, because customer service & communication is so important to me & the very foundation of my business I generally give 30 - 45 minutes advance notice when I am on my way to your scheduled appointment.
Yes, Master Appliance Repair carries $1,000,000 of business liability coverage.
I am a HUGE animal lover and frequently highlight my chihuahua LEO in my appliance videos.

I know how frustrating a broken appliance can be so I strive to make things as smooth as possible to get you back up and running.
I understand you may be busy or unable to be there upon my arrival.
If you are comfortable having someone else responsible to let me in simply provide me their cell phone number as well and I will contact them when I am on my way.
I will then contact you while onsite with my diagnosis and repair quote for your approval and payment.
The goal is to always try to fix your appliance on the first visit and I do carry a large inventory of parts on the truck for many manufacturers.
However, as it is possible parts may need to be ordered you should have a backup plan as your appliance may be out of service for a period of time.
To keep my pricing competitive & expenses to a minimum I do not honor any manufacturer or aftermarket warranty companies policies.
Payment is expected as services are rendered.
In some cases there may be instances where I will perform the repair and you would compensate me COD and then get reimbursed by your warranty company.
However, this would be an arrangement made between you and your warranty company without my involvement.
It takes a lot of time and consistent, high-quality care to reach that point, but I am thrilled to have over 1000 five-star reviews!
